Reliance Broadband — Connection is not working from 5 days.

My Internet is not working from the past 5 days. Whenever I call the customer care they say that your status is in resolving state. Customer Care people change the complaint number each time I call them and the next time I call them they say that we have received a complaint yesterday. They are not even interested in telling what exactly the issue is w.r.t the adsl blinking state. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
