[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Got disconnected | |
Reference to broadband username[protected], when I requested broadband, I requested broadband on my existing landline which I was using for past 4 years. Sales person gave a new landline and a assigned a combo package with my broadband. I did not require a landline when I already have an existing landline. The person installed broadband didn't inform about the new land line too, which is the basic right of a customer. When I paid the bill after two months, I realized that a new landline is assigned with broadband and I am billed for it. I requested to cancel the new landline assigned with broadband. When I requested to cancel the landline I did request to have only broadband, customer did not inform me that the broadband would be cancelled. Last week I was shocked to realize that my broadband is cancelled and the landline would be cancelled later. When I requested to cancel only landline, I was never informed about their rules etc. Now, when I requested to reinstate my broadband support is asking for a new connection request. This is ridiculous when the whole Reliance team is responsible for such unprofessional approach. I wanted to have my broadband reinstated without any installation expense. Otherwise I would claim for all my losses and would like to warn any Reliance customer not to be prey of this cheating!
