[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Harrassment | |||
My broadband user id is[protected] and my complaint number is[protected] and I had made a request to terminate my connection months ago but no action has been taken on the contratry I'm only getting bills for a service I've not been using, I get a standard reply that they can't reach me and that it is the most blatant lie I could hear, I never remember receiving any calls from them and let's say I did miss the call, are they not supposed to call me back? Kindly help and suggest me on how to handle this, my Bill amount stands at 1681.70 Was this information helpful? | |||
