My Relaince Broad Band connection account No.[protected]. I have taken this connection in the month of December 2012 by Paying the one year annual amount paid through cheque in favour of Relaince in the month of December 2012 and I have used the services up to October 2013. In the month of October 2013, I have contacted the local Relaince person who has arranged broadband connection and taken the annual payment from me, for disconnection of my broadband connection, he has advised me to give the disconnection request to the call centre. I had called the call centre and I had given my request for the disconnection. They had taken my request and told me that the service will be disconnected and the balance amount will be returned to me within 30 to 45 days of time. My broad band connection was disconnected in the month of October 2013 and the Local technician had called me to take the wire and broadband equipment, but he had not to collect those equipment. In the month of November ending when I was not in my residence, he had come and collected the equipment without giving any receipt to my family members. From January onwards messages and mails are sent to me instead of refunding my amount, they are insisting me to pay the bill without using broadband services. Was this information helpful? |
