Its been a month installing reliance broadband wireline connection at my place, and on receipt of bill, which in fact sent to me just 1 day before due date, and upon having word with customer care, came to know that the plan which I opted on 1st day of installation was not updated on the system and some different combo plan of 750 was applied, however land line connection was not installed on the day of installation and company personnel did not mention about any such thing on the day of installation.
After all this, I had a word with customer care for resolution of this mistake and they shared the compliant reference number[protected] for braking the combo plan and applying the correct plan. They asked for some charges for doing so. Which according to me should not be levied as mistake has happened from your end.
Issue is still unresolved. I am highly irate with this installation process.
I wanted to install Thunder 699 ( Yearly plan ) by paying 1yr payment in advance. However plan applied to me is Combo 750.
Request urgent resolution of this dispute without any further follow ups.
Will appreciate timely response.
