[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Improper services and customer care | |||
Improper consumer care Regarding bills, conveying false information and finally extracting unaccounted payment --Kannur Reliance broadband shop near caltex junction. There are couple of things into consideration: 1. No ontime intimation of bill for payments. 2. Bad Services -- speed of broadband as said in the beginning, was there for first 4-5 months. After that comparatively very bad and getting disconnected often. 3. Customer services -- When enquired about speed and bill payment, they are telling wrong and improper information. And due to which we have to pay extra charges. 4. When asked to cancel the connection by personally going to outlet, they did not accept it and told to enquire customer care phone number. When enquired customer care, they are telling to do it in outlet. Hence connection not cancelled and they are still sending bills. 5. When asked for bills for the clarification of bills to pay the extra charges. They send the duplicate mails, as if already the original mails are sent. Please do some necessary action on this, otherwise this will continue, and looks like its been happening previously also. Was this information helpful? | |||
