[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Installation not done! | |||||
I have applied for Reliance broadband combo plan CAF NO: [protected] in Gurgaon, the name of sales person was Ujjwal (alias Kunal) collected documents and cheque (Rs. 1770 for installation charge and 1st month advance rental) on 10th October 2015 and promised to get the installation done in 4~5 days. The verification was done within 4 days, but post that there is no progress till data - even no notification about the status of further plans (installation). Tried calling Ujjwal more than 8~10 times each day, but no response, and he is rejecting the call every time. Filed complaint to reliance delhi office on phone 2 days before, still no communication from them. If it is not possible, then please return my amount, so that i can get broadband connection from alternate telecom providers. Pathetic experience ! Thanks, Anoop Was this information helpful? | |||||
