Hi, Our Subscriber number is[protected]. The Broadband internet connection is not working since 4th June and we have made innumerous calls and complaints to the Service desk till date. There do not seem to be any action being taken and as of now, the problem remains un resolved. In the event of the problem not being resolved in next 24 hours, we would be constrained to file a case in consumer court .Kindly make a note of the same. Was this information helpful?
