[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Internet & landline are dead since 26 th July, 2014 | |||
Hi, I'm using a Reliance Broadband Since more than 4 years now.. I'm tired of complaining every now & than but no actions have been taken regarding the complaints that are made to customer care service Since last 3 days I'm trying to connect them on their number no one is answering to my calls. I have made my bill Payment to them on 31st July, 2014 through cheque in the drop box as 1 August was the due date still its a mistake from their end that they suspended my service on 26th July, 2014 The last complaint I made was on Tuesday 5th August requesting them to look into the matter but no one as responded back since than. The issue are resolved within 24 hrs but in my case, even after several times calling them as just been of no use. I hope some action regarding this to be taken as soon as possible. Thank you.
