[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — internet not woking | |||
Hi sir, My user id is[protected]. I am facing no internet connectivity problem since 7 July 2014. I have registered complaint regarding same on 8 July 2014 and from that day till today I am reminding customer care regarding the problem. But, No response from there side. These guys are saying technicians will visit my place and they will arrange a call back for me but they are fooling people. Moreover I have contacted person who is locally dealing with the area. he said he has turn down DNS/ ADC server because of payment issues. I got his no. from local area modem installed in nearby area. Since I did not get service for long time so I won't be paying for these days and this amount should not appear in my bill. Moreover, the person who installed the connection did not provide us with landline service which was part of combo pack. When we tried to contact him he said "khud taar kahreedon and laga lo/ aapke area mein landline kaam ni karta" while my neighbors are having reliance landline connection. I have talked regarding the same to billing department but those people are ignorant. I want a refund for my landline installation charges and degradation in my plans just provide me with internet i[censored] can otherwise let me know so that I get internet service form other service providers. Also when I call customer care I have to wait for an hour to get response from there side an when they pick phone either they unable to understand the problem or they started transferring the call and my call goes on hold for an hour again. On daily basis I am wasting my precious two hours to deal with customer care. This is worst internet service provider according to me. Kindly look in the matter and take some action.
