[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — InterNet not working last 8 days | |||
Dear sir/madam Ince 30 of june evening i didn't get the internet connectivity. i lodge complain daily and everyday complaints closed automatically without any solution. My user id is[protected]. In the month of june i was also suffering the same issue but fortunately after lodged a complaint from here my problem resolved. now the same issue i am facing again. still, i didn't get the connectivity or any information from reliance. one of your executives informs me that issue will be resolved but how much time it'll take he didn't reveal.
I am suffering this problem approx 1.5 months but didn't get permanent resolve and you people also not sure when it will be solved.
so my humble request to you kindly give back my security amount so I can take the services from others.

Whole month of July I didn't get the connectivity. In 1st and 2nd of August i got connectivity but again same thing continue. now 10th of Aug i got again connectivity but since yesterday i lost the connection. kindly solve my issues at permanent basis as well as give me a viewer.

i am very disapponted with your services which is provided by you people.
I didn't get the connectivity since july. in August i got it 2 or 3 days but now till today i didn't get the connectivity nor viewer although every day i got message for payment. even my previous payment is clear.
hope you people will solve my isseus and provide me viewer.

Now my internet is working fine since yesterday but unfortunately reliance customer care denied my viewer request they said viewer have been provided of Rs.143.00 even I didn't get the net from July. In August I got only 1-2 days net connectivity as well as my past dues cleared already.
please provide me full viewer.
