[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Internet not working, no officials responding | |||
My Reliance Broadband(user id:[protected] was activated on 22nd october . I m facing regular disconnection and interruptions lasting for 24-48 hours. If i try to register complaint, the call center informs me that my documents are not updated. If i call the local sales rep, he informs me that all documents are updated . They refuse to give me complain no.They even refuse to escalate my complain to there superiors and don't even give me the id for nodal officer.Request you to please help.
