Reliance Broadband — Internet not working & no reply from Appellate authority too...The worst service experienced ever!!! | |
Hi!
I am a reliance broadband user from past 4yrs now. My
name is Rishi and subscriber id[protected].
This is the second time in a year I have experienced the
worst service from reliance broadband customer care as well as the
Appellate authority.
My internet and phone is dead since Saturday 16th of
August, 2014. I called up the customer care on Sunday morning at
around 3am where I was been assured by the customer care exe. that my
issue would be resolved in 24hrs. Despite of the complaint made, my issue
was not resolved till Monday day end. I called up the customer care
reliance again where my call was disconnected post waiting 8mins on call.
I then called up the Appellate dept on 19th August, 2014 which I taught
would genuinely help me in this. A complaint no was given to me and I was
again assured that within 4days it will be resolved. Today is the third
day and I had also called yesterday to ask them about the same. The
Appellate authority exe.
told me to wait again for another 2days post which a new
complaint no.
will be given. This is the reply I get from you???
Do you treat your customers as beggars???????

My broadband connection has been down since 02-Aug-2014. Called everyday, they gave the same reply. A week later they told me that by 13th it will be resolved. On 14th they told, by 21st it will be resolved. Then I put a complaint on this forum. On 19th someone from Reliance called me and promised that by 21st connectivity will be restored. Today is 22nd and I don't see my connection being restored. But yesterday I received an sms from reliance informing me that my bill has been generated!!!. The only thing prompt about reliance is the generation of bill. What is people over at reliance doing? Isn't there rules stated by TRAI against these kind of behaviour by service providers?

My reliance broadband connection is not working since last 2 weeks.Every week on Friday my Internet gets disconnected and a guy comes to set it right after my complain but this time even after registering my complains for 10 times the issue has not been resolved.I intend not to pay the bill this time.Our money is not for your misuse.Stop treating customers as scum.

This is a common problem with Reliance Broadband.
After every 1-2 weeks the connection stops working and i land up calling reliance CC. But they do not fix the problem permanently.
