[Resolved]  Reliance Broadband — Irrisponsibility of customer support people

Hello, I am fed up of talking to people and saying that my broadband connection is not working since last 12 days. Every time you guys commit fake promises that the connection will start working in couple of days. It seems to me that you guys don't work for you company but you are working just to get paid for nothing. Guys if you can't provide good services, you should not make fool of others. Now I have the only option to cancel this broadband connection and look for another option. But let me tell you people, it is not good for your company's reputation. Last time I received an email from you stating that I would get response from your end in 1 business day but I haven't received any assistance from so far.
