Dear Sir,
Speed of my Wire line Broadband Connection, User ID No.[protected] is extremely low. I have lodged initial complaint with their Customer Care Division on[protected]. My complaint ID is[protected]. But the company is not taking any step to improve the speed. In fact none of their Technicians has come to the site and check the connection. The speed is so low that even opening of e-mail a/c takes 8~10-minutes and opening of individual mail takes further 3~5-mins.
