Sub: - Misleading product & information provided by the seller.
To start with, I used to be one of your broadband user way back in 2011 to 2013. However I decided to withdraw the subscription as the service went bad and when I call your customer service agent, all they say was “ there is a maintenance going at my area and that the reason the lines are down” which carried on for 3 to 4 months. Then where I decided to disconnect my services with you.
Now, I recently called the same agent (Rahul Sharma) who assigned me for broad band connection and he sold me WIFI 3 PRO stating that it’s 3G connection till 14GB and followed by unlimited internet.
Firstly, most of the time it doesn’t work and when I call your customer service agent and followed the instruction as they told me but it still doesn’t work.
Secondly, When it worked it didn’t gave me the 3G speed, hence I again contacted your customer service agent and then I came to know that the plan and the WIFI dongle which I have it’s not a 3G it’s just a normal plan with certain upload and download speed and I was really disappointed again.
Now when I try to reach that agent of yours (Rahul Sharma), he is not replying to my calls and mgs. Which clearly reflects that he misguided me and sold me the wrong product and now he is not replying to my calls or mgs.
I would like to stop my services and want you to take the product back and refund me my money.
Request you to kindly look into it and reply me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
