[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — New Connection Delay | |||
I had booked for a connection on 3rd September 2015 and Reliance promised to get back to me by 48 Hours, which didn't happen. After repeated phone calls nothing much has happened other than false promises. They say that the pin code is serviced by them and I don't know what's the fuss is calling up and saying if they are ready to give connection or not. They are other service providers like ACT ready to give connection, I am waiting for reliance as they have better broadband plans. Could Reliance please conform if they can give a new connection. If not please let me know as soon as possible as I can use other Service providers who actually respond quickly.
