Reliance Broadband — No connection since 7th June | |||
Dear all, I have no connection from 7th June and I have been calling REliance customer care for almost a month now and still no resolution to this issue. No one from the customer care is escalating the issue and I have not received any call back from their technical team as promised by the CSR everytime I called. It takes an average 12-15 minutes to connect through the customer care of reliance broad band. Following complaints were raised. 7th June 2014: complaint no:[protected]. ( This was closed without confirming with me. The services are still not working and how can someone from technical team can close the complaint. ) I had to raise another complaint on 20th June, 2014 20th June: Complaint no[protected]. (Still no resolution to the connection) Request you to please look into this and help me get the connection or the refund of connection charges which was taken at the time of connection.
