[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — No disconnecting my Service | |||
I hav a Reliance broadband 4mbps Thunder plan 1099/- + tax = 1220/- After repeated verbal request to Reliance broadband's Costomer support & Mails that was replied & confirmed with my Customer ID . Reliance broadband still continues its Serivice with following problems 1. DHCP servers fails ever 5 - 30 mins 2. DNS freezes in every 30sec - 2min 3. DSL fails every alternate day 4. Toll Free no. Fails 99% call after 20 - 30 min hold 5. Not a single Hard or Soft copy of bill received 6. Ratio for home user is so bad 2mbps is wht we get maximum time & decreases to 0.15mbps at peak hours 7. No doubt DSL hav average ping & data loss but 60+ ping to same city Servers is too BAD Was this information helpful? | |||

Having the same problem for almost a month now... They have resolved the problem after almost 3 weeks and also its stopped working again... I am not [censored]ing going to register a problem again and again. My user ID :[protected]
