[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — No disconnection even after a month of disconnection request (very frustrating experience with Reliance broadband.) | |||
I am a reliance broadband user (User Id:[protected] and I was satisfied with internet services they provided in spite of higher plan rate. I raised a disconnection request on May 2015 still my connection is not terminated and still they are charging for the services which i don't want. I am not sure how many months they need to terminate internet connection and take back their equipment. This is very frustrating experience with Reliance broadband.
