[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — No resolution to several complaints about issues with my broadband connection | |||
I took a broadband connection with Reliance (in Indore, Madhya Pradesh) a few months ago and unfortunately the service has been extremely intermittent ever since. I have called Reliance customer care several times but have had no resolution to this more than frequent connection disruption. My billing cycle requires paying for 3 months upfront and next payment is due after 2 months. I'd like Reliance broadband team to fix this problem immediately. If that can't be done, I do not want to continue with the service and would like Reliance to refund not the money I have paid for this discomfort in last few months.
