My connection was not working since 18.08.2014 to 24.08.2014 midday I have registered compain 1.[protected].08.2014 It was closed with informing me, when I called I have given another complain No 2.[protected].08.2014 - This complain is resolved on 24.08.2014. My bill should be waived for this period and as per your rule. I have questions 1. Why complain get closed with informing customer, do you expect customer should wait and doing checking for all 24 hours. 2. Customer care no[protected] it takes more than 30 mins to answer by customer care representative. Do you mean we should not call an Complain? Very very poor service.
