[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Not Disconnecting Connection | |||
This is regarding the termination of my old Reliance Broadband Subscriber ID[protected] and Fixed Line Phone number [protected]. Even though the connection was terminated on Feb 2015, still I am getting bill for the Fixed Line Phone number [protected]. Multiple times I called reliance customer care and confirmed that my fixed landline connection is terminated. Also I wrote many mails too. Every time I am getting the reply that the connection is closed long back and still I am receiving bill for land line. Was this information helpful? | |||
