Reliance Broadband — not disconnecting connection | |||
Unfortunately a customer of Reliance Broadband connection no.[protected], usually not working, customer care tele. no not responding even after wait of 35-40 minute. My connection not working from last more than 15 days, no response of customer care, emailed for termination of connection on 14-09-14 still pending despite complaint no[protected] on customer care after effort of 1.35 hrs on 19-09-14. Bill is increasing day by day without usage. Local rep. of co. using Gunda language for payment of bill for this month. Whereas I asked for resettlement of bill for unused period + appropriation of security deposit Rs 500.00 after that the bill will be paid provided termination of connection.
