[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Not getting connection & not disconnecting my connection, bill sending even though not usage. | |||
RESPECTED SIR/MADAM, I COMPLAINT ABOUT MY INTERNET NOT WORKING TO RELIANCE BROADBAND ON PHONE . MY COMPLAINT ID NUMBER IS :[protected]. I CALL SO MANY TIME TO THEIR CUSTOMER CENTER THEY ONLY SAY THAT COMPLAINT RESOLVE WITHIN 24 HOURS . I ALSO EMAIL THE SAME TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE ADDRESS. I attach both pdf file of my first email to their customer care address & my last email of cancellation of my connection to their address. TILL DATE NO PERSON COMMUNICATE TO ME EVEN IF I SEND MY COMPLETE DETAIL TO THEM . EVEN IF MY CONTINUOUS FOLLOWUP WITH THEM NO BODY TAKE CARE ABOUT EVEN CALL TO ME REGARDING MY COMPLAINT . EVEN I VISIT THEIR OFFICE AT AHMADABAD LOCATION THEY TELL THAT COMPLAINT RESOLVE WITHIN TODAY .
