[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Not refunding my credit amount | |||
Hello, My subscriber id is[protected] I raised a compliant to send the money which I have got on my account. I paid money even though there was no connection for 3 months around. So, after keeping so many reuqests/followups, I have got money back on relaince account itself. I cancelled my coonection around 2.5 months back. Still, I am getting the bill sayind nothing to be paid.. but when am I going to get the credit amount I have got on my reliance account? Kept an email on [protected]@relianceada.com. received response that someone will call me to resolve issue in 1 businesday.
