Reliance Broadband — Not refunding my money or installing the connection | |||
I paid sum of INR 1, 500/- along with my documents to one of Reliance Broadband service representative name Eswar (ph [protected]) for new boardband connection on 13th of july 2013 After 10 days he informed me that there is no service in my locality and so i will get the refund of 1, 500/- after 45 days and till now i didn't get the money. i call costumer care and complained many time still didn't get any responds.
