Reliance Broadband — Not responding for the complaint raised for termination | |||
I used Reliance dongle bearing the number [protected]..in the month of October I raised request for termination till date I paid bill...after raising Request their is no call r msg from Reliance I thought my termination request was processed after 3months I.e is in on January 6th I got msg on my mobile saying out standing due is 670Rs on the very next I dailed customer service people they took two complaint s one for termination and another for waive off...till now my complaint s were not resolved...day by day out standing due amount is increasing now iit is1258Rs...these contact centre people are not responding to my complaint s and they are very rude to me...please resolve my complaint...
