Reliance Broadband — Pathetic response from Reliance support | |||
Hi, I have a registered broadband connection with ID[protected] It is not working since 11th Aug 2014 . I have been calling customer care everyday, but i never reached none of the customer service executive online, then by mail i use to log a compliant, even i created so many complaint's. They have raised complaints for me and close is everyday at there disposal without contacting me. One day i directly went to Reliance customer care, which is located in Nungambakkam, Chennai, i filled a compliant against this issue (CNM[protected]), they asked me time about 1 business day to resolve it, i had given one weeks time, but the issue has not resolved, and then i decided to terminate the connection, bcos of their worst service & response. Again, i went to their office and requested for the line termination. They had not ready to accept my termination request, the way, they behaved to me was totally embarrassed me. they doesn't even know, how to behave to a customer. i finally called customer service from the landline, which was there at customer service and filled a request for termination, i got a ticket no :[protected], even they told me that, their engineer will call me to get a confirmation on this, but till now nobody has called me. I received a call from Reliance support on last friday 19th sep against this compliant registered in consumer compliant, asking for 48 hours time to resolve the issue. i clearly told him, i need to terminate the line, please don't try to convince me, but again they requested me to give final chance to resolve the issue, finally i accepted and given 48 hours, but till now there is no one approached, after i accepted their final request, even the Internet also not working.
I would request the consumer compliant team to involve and help me to terminate the line, thanks i advance.
