The minimum waiting time on reliance helpline numbers is at least 20 minutes.. And then... EVEN AFTER SELECTING ENGLISH LANGUAGE OPTION. I AM TRANSFERRED TO HINDI SPEAKING OFFICER. WHO REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ME IN ENGLISH. WHEN I TRY TO REASON WITH THE PERSON AND EXPLAIN THAT I AM NOT VERY FLUENT IN HINDI IN 9 OUT OF 10 CASES THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE IS JUST NOT ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.. I cannot understand such a pathetic company policy.. WHERE YOU BLATANTLY LIE TO THE CUSTOMER OFFERING ENGLISH OPTION WHEN INFACT YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE ANY ENGLISH SPEAKING OFFICERS!!!
