Reliance Broadband (Rcom) — Deducted money without any payment confirmation | |||
I made an online payment of Rs 500 through my debit card on the 2nd of June, for my internet connection. However, the reliance communications page didn't offer any sort of confirmation report and sent me straight to the first page. No email concerning the payment was received, however money was deducted from my account. I have been trying to contact them since day 1, but my calls are never received.
