[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Re Waiver and Connection Status | |||
Hello, My subscriber ID is[protected]. The start date of my connection was 15 June 2015. I barely used the connection for mere 17-18 days due to the irregularities and I received a message today that my waiver request no.[protected] was not approved. First of all, I wanted to terminate my connection first and then file the waiver. I am not sure how your company makes a decision without any justification. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I am not going to pay the whole amount. You already have my advance rental of INR 1000. Please deduct from it.
