[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Really bad service in case of service disruption, Fraud | |||
I was using reliance broadband with customer id[protected] for past few months with only minor problems.But one fine day on March 18 my laptop started showing that the connection is disconnected. So I made a complaint with reliance customer care. They told me it will be resolve in 24 hours. But when I called back next day they said the case is closed and issue resolved.They closed the ticket without even informing me and checking the issue. And again i had to make another complaint ( as for some apparent reason reliance is still in the stone age where tickets can not be reopened). This same sequence went on for a week without any resolution. After a week I thought of investigating the issue myself so I checked the reliance switch placed on roof of my society and it turned out that only my Internet cable was disconnected. The reason behind it being there was an extra connection than what the switch can serve. So the brilliant reliance engineer instead of installing a new switch just removed my wire and installed another connection. So I resolve my issue by creating issue for someone else(removed others wire). But by the next weekend same thing happened again.And when I tried to apply for waiver of bill for that period, reliance refused saying that the issues were resolved same day which were never actually resolved.This is how pathetic Reliance as a company is. You can never rely on Reliance for a good service. And their customer care is filled with who will only repeat one thing every time.
