[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Refund money | |||||
Hai I had applied for Reliance Broadband on 5th Octo 2015. After 50 days I was told that the internet cannot be connected and I will get my refund back. For the past five months I have been contacting the sales person but have not received the refund till now. He says his job is taking the money not refunding it. The customer care Email ID of reliance broadband [protected]@relianceada.com is autogenerated and even replied back "We regret the inconvenience caused" to a blank mail !
