Updated by pushpfeb11 my name is pushpendra i have reliance broadband connection 10 days ago my net connection stop working i had log complaint for that but there is no response for that after four days they called me in my cell and said that is it your problem resolve i said no they again called me and said we are sending our service engineer he came after one day he said there is problem of cable we will change it he not came again after three days he called me in my mobile i am coming but still he not came after that i had log complaint again to disconnect my Internet connection in customer care she said it will disconnect after the our branch manager will talk to you with in 24 hour again they not call me
and BILL OF THIS MONTH generated AND internet used by me only 10 days AND THEY ARE CHARGING WHOLE MONTH BILL please resolve my problem.
i am student and i am preparing for online banking exam but Internet is not working my carrier is not going in right way due to BAD SERVICE OF RELIANCE BROADBAND

Updated by pushpfeb11 After above complaint my connection is disconnected in july month and i have recipt of disconnection but every month they are generating bill
for that and this mont also and i have all bill recipt which diposited when connection was on.and no dues from my side
please do the needfull things
