[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance bad service after taking broadband connection | |||
Kindly note on 18th somebody (might be your engineer) cut my broadband line & connected with some other line. I registered 2 complaint on 19th july COmplaint #2354500 &[protected]. But today when I called customer service executive again they told me that this complaint has been resolved. As per the CS executive this resolved status is updated by your technician. Actually still my cable is disconnected nobody came here to resolve my problem, then how the complaint updated as resolved. I think your technician is intentionally doing this. He cut my cable & connected for some other people? What is this? why I am facing this issue & nobody came here to check on this matter. Pls have a look on this & resolve this issue asap.
