[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance bill payment issue | |||
Hi, With reference to the below mail sent to you yesterday, prior to sending yesterday’s Email I had spoken to one of your executives on customer care number[protected]Conversation ID:[protected] Your Executive told me that he will forward a request to the concern department to activate our Reliance Landline and the lines will be activated within 4 hours and we can drop our cheque in a drop box. Also, he told me to send an email on '[protected]@relianceada.com' requesting the same; which I did and still wondering if you guys too checked on the same. The Reliance Numbers are not yet activated as (False) promised by your executive, On top of that when I called on the same customer care number today your executive named Yogini attended the call (Conversation ID: [protected]). She informed me that yesterdays request of activating the numbers is not been forwarded only. And highly disappointing thing is your executive “Yogini” told me that if the payment is not reflected within 24 hours they will disconnect the lines again. I would like to ask you guys, Which bank reflects cheque payment within 24 hrs??? What kind of customer care you guys have? Do you guys even check the previous record of the high bill paying customers before taking a step like disconnecting the connection!! I do not think you Do!! It doesn’t seem helpful for customers at all. Your Executives come to office just to complete their work hours. Such a pathetic system! They are not even sorry for being at fault nor they have any sense that because of their irresponsible behavior customers are facing trouble. We are having more than 50 Reliance connections for our field staff. Such incidents are really pushing us to surrender all the Reliance lines and rather go for some professional Telecom Service providers. Have this problem ressolved ASAP. I am not even sure if my Emails are making their way, as I have not received any acknowledgment from you guys too. Was this information helpful? | |||
