Hi,
I requested for reliance broadband connection on 25th of jan, 2016 & the employees came immediately & gave the connection on 28th jan(Fast response for new connection). I got internet on 30th & then got the problems.
I dint get the connection for the next 10 days. On 1 st feb itself i complained to the customer care. They told they will send the tech representatives within 24 hrs. I dint get anyone. So i contacted the guy who gave the connection. He told he will come but dint come. Called customer care again & again. No one came. Finally, on 10th feb, i mailed to the reliance rcomnodalofficer.[protected]@relianceada.com. Once mailed, the employees called me & came to service immediately & got the connection on 11th feb.
Again, the problem started. Lowest speed. Only evening time internet & so on. So i requested for support. They told my speed is 1mbps only. I requested for 2mbps 749 plan before getting connection & paid for that also. But the customer care told i have only 599 plan. So the employee who gave connection took the difference. I have bill proof.
After all these nuisance, i requested to disconnect the broadband line on 15th feb. For the next 2 weeks, i got call from many employees from many branches asking not to cancel the connection. (I would not have disconnected if they shown this interest in resolving issues). Atleast i spoke to 20 people requesting not to disconnect.
Then at the month end, i got the bill amount. While gtting connection, the employee told that we dont need to pay any bills for 1st month as they get it in advance while getting connection. But i got a bill of rs.187. So i mailed it to the customer care requesting for repayment. They just responded like "sorry for inconvenience. Please pay the bill." it continued for many days. No one is ready to solve the issue. The employees called me to pay the bill. I told them that they have to pay me some amount. But no one listened & keep on calling me for paying the bill. Still, am getting the bill without anyone trying to resolve by paying me back.
They need to pay me the following.
1. Actual installation cost: rs. 800. Reliance employee got rs. 1000 from me. (I have bill). So they have to give me rs.200.
2. Actual plan i asked - 759. The plan reliance employee activated - 599.(I have plan proof) so they have to pay me rs.150.
3. I dint get internet connection for 10 days in feb'16. So i need reimbursement for 10 days. Rs. 28 per day x 10 days = rs.280
So in total, you have to pay me (200+150+280)=rs. 630.
Please pay me these amount asap. Also i request you to inform your employees not to call me to pay the bill or visit my home often. I have told the issue to them more than 30 times but still they bugging me off.
If you have shown this interest in customer service than billing, i would have continued the service.
