[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband Close Shop, Bad Customer Support | |||
Hi, I am located in Lokhandwala Market, Andheri. My net stopped working on 18th August 2014. I was told that the issue should be resolved in 3 days. After following up with their call center for a month (average call center wait time is around 45) minutes, I finally decided to go to their office. Turns out that Reliance closed shop in my area due to problems with BMC without any prior notice. I opened a refund request, as I've paid my bill for 3 months and got no service. They said they'll call back in 3 days. No call back yet. I have wasted so much time dealing with these guys at Reliance that I was compelled to put this on the Internet. @RCOMcare - You assign a clueless lady to call me. This means that your people didn't even look at the case. What was your objective? To me it seemed like you were giving false assurance again so that I cool down on social media.

What nonsense. Don't you have any shame lying on a public platform? Your customer support executive was clueless again and HUNG UP when asked what's going on. This issue is unresolved.
