I kruti Sheth had given request for disconnection of reliance broadband services. On 3rd march 15 my payment was deducted from my account. After telephonic conversation on customer to stop my service they have taken my request for disconnect our service on same day 3rd march 15.And they give confirmation for that our services will be disconnceted.After month when we check the services still continue.Again we had called customer service center to confirm our status for disconnection the person (Sagr/Anjali)was told the final call will be given to customer for stop their services but till date no call received by us. On 5the they gave us request no-[protected].Kindly look in to it for the same.And also confirm when my rest amount will be credit to my account. Was this information helpful? |
