Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband - Internet not working from 23.08.2014 till date

My Reliance broadband is not working since 23.08.2014 till today...Its been 4 days now and all my past complains get closed without anyone doing anything. I am yet waiting for the issue to be fixed. I logged a complain on 23rd August complain no:[protected] at 9.44 pm. And logged another complain at Applet Support on 25 August complain no[protected] at 10am Complain no 1 got closed on 26 August without informing me. And i specifically mentioned that please contact me before closing complain. Reliance always closed the complains as it reaches 72 hours time as mentioned in the telecom guidelines. If 72 hours complain does not get resolved you have to give that many days discount. So now reliance keeps on closing complains without doing anything and customer keeps on thinking the issue will get resolved. Its been 4 days now and I don't have any Internet. All my past complains have to closed without anyone even trying to get the issue resolved. Also when we call the customer case on[protected] the call is waiting for over 30 mins. I have all the recordings of all the calls I had with your customer representatives and the last representative just disconnected the call as he had no answer as to why my complain got closed. Please tell me who should I complain to get the issue fixed for REAL. Should I go to the consumer court?? for this to get fixed ?? How many days does it take to fix an issue? Cant u even inform the customer why it is being caused. All the customer central people say give it 24 hour and we have raised a new complain. If you want my past history of the complains that got closed here are the ticket number and I have sent an email in the past to the email support team, but as usual NO REPLY to email complain also. PAST COMPLAINS Email complain no:[protected] Monday 25 September 2013 complain no =[protected] Tuesday 26 September 2013 complain no =[protected] Wednesday 27 September 2013 complain no =[protected] All the complains in the past also keep on getting closed without doing anything. For the RELIANCE Representative in this forum who will reply to this post that we have escalated this matter and it will get resolved ASAP. Please first fix the issue before replying and once you have called me and confirmed the issue is fixed only then reply. All my contact details are in the complain numbers provided above.

Just wanted to give you an update on the issue. I called the Applet Support for an update on the ticket on 27 August 10.30 am and they informed me that there is an issue with Fiber Cut which will take ONE WEEK to get fixed. And they will close the following ticket[protected] . And to call them on 5th September if the issue does not get fixed before that.

I am sharing the Call recording that I had with Mr Abijeet from Applet Team to show you that what I am writing is TRUE.

I would request the Reliance team to FIX the issue Soon and to process my WAVER discount as mentioned by MR Abhijeet from Applet Team as my Internet is DOWN from 23rd August.

Hoping this speeds up the Fixing of the issue.

Is anyone ever going to contact me to fix this issue?? I called customer centeral team and found that both the above complain numbers were closed stating that the issue is resolved.

But the issue is still existing and have not been rectified. My internet is still down from 23 August Saturday and is still not working.

Today again i registered a new complain to the secretary office of athlete authority complain no :[protected]

DOES even the mumbai office of escalation closed cases without fixing the issue? And tells lies to its customer on the call. Listen to the recording that I have upload above with Mr Abijeet from secretary office of athlete authority who lied to me stating that I would have to wait for 10 days to get the issue fixed and then closed the complain stating the issue is fixed??


I have PRE PAID for 3 MONTHS and I want the service that I paid for SO STOP SCREWING ME ARROUND and Fix the got dam issue for real and not on paper showing it is fixed.

I have been running from pillar to post from one office to another to get this issue fixed.

NO the issue is not resolved. NOW reliance is refusing to give me a refund for 17 days of internet that was not working. They say the complain was closed within 48 hours. And as I said all my 7 complains were closed as FAKE resolved. The issue was still existing.

SO TEAM NOW GIVE ME A REFUND. You can check the network traffic on my subscriber ID to confirm that Internet was not working.

If net is working why will I call reliance be on HOLD for 30 mins and register a complains which is closed as FAKE resolved.

I had to get my own technician who I had to pay. I had to replace the switch on my Terrace that burnt for 300 RS which reliance should have done. And then the internet started working.

So after 17 days of net not working, RELIANCE did not do anything. When the Internet started working then I get a call from your team from here who wanted to confirm that my Internet started. SO NO Reliance did not resolve my issue. I had to do it by my own and had to pay in total 500 RS to get the work done.

RCOMcare give me a refund now. I have all the call recordings that state that my net will be fixed in 10 days and I will get a refund. Please do not make me go to Consumer COURT for this.
