Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband no internet access | |||
I have newly shifted from BSNL to Reliance and experience has been terrible. My susbscriber id[protected]. Speed I am getting as per my thunder plan 699 is ok. But every now on then it is showing no internet access. I have many important net banking related works but my Internet is not working since 24 hours. Called customer care but answering machine always says all executives are busy please wait, even after waiting 25-30 mints. response is same, all executives are busy. I ma fed up with reliance. If same problem continues I am going to shift again to BSNL. Was this information helpful? | |||
