Reliance Broadband — Reliance broadband not resolving my issue. | |||
This is really annoying. Reliance has got the worst customer service. They don''t know how to talk, how to respond and how to handle their customers. I have been having problems with my connection since 5 days. It''s something related to the wires, the wires have been cut or stolen and the technician says that it can''t be fixed and to get it fixed, we must pay a big sum to buy the wires. The wires ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT MINE. All I keep hearing from your customer service is "Sorry for the inconvenience caused", "A complaint has been already registered", "Your issue will be rectified soon". Seriously, your customer service is the most pathetic service ever and the guy who ACTUALLY gets my issue resolved deserve an award. And how did you actually dare to e-mail me with my monthly bill? Do you actually expect to be paid by me when my internet is not even working? So, just tell me whether my issue will be resolved within a max of 72 hours or should I move on to another company? Please don''t reply with the same thing I keep hearing from your customer service and provide me with either a refund or an ACTUAL FIXING of my issue..
