I am a customer of reliance netconnect having number [protected]. i wanted to disconnect the reliance netconnect permantantly for that I went to reliance office, they told me to contact reliance netconnect customer care, there I requested for disconnection of service to them on 13 september 2014 . they gave me request as[protected]. On 4th oct 2014 I got sms that your request number[protected] has been processed, without mentioning that it is a request for disconnection of service. again I called customer care and I told them that I need email or sms clearly mentioning that request was for disconnection for service so to prevent reliance keep on sending me bills after i clear all the previous bills. I told them I will clear the bill if and only if i will get in written that after paying the bill i wont be charged again(i.e my reliance number shoud get disconnected). I was earlier using tataphoton, they have given me in written then why reliance is reluctant to do so. reliance are calling me that they are from reliance consumer court, saying that you to appear in delhicourt for not paying the bill, if i pay the bill tomorrow they will again call me to pay the bill because i dont have any proof that i have requested for cancellation. Also reliance is adding late fee of 100 rupees every month, previously it was 1261 than 1361 and now 1461 rupees.
Please kindly see this matter and deactivate my net service as soon as possible.
