This mail is regarding billing of Aug + Sep - 2014 which i have received on 23 Sep 2014, Total billing amount is showing Rs-397.90 which is not correct. From 20-Aug-2014 to 29-Aug-2014 my phone and internet was not working and on 30-Aug-2014 your service engineer picked up all equipment and connection have terminated. (See the attached image) Below is the complain details, you can verify the same at your end. 1- Complain ID[protected]Detail was my phone and Internet connection both was not working from 20-Aug-2014 evening, complain date of this request was 21-Aug-2014 around 7:30 AM IST ) Which was not resolved till 28-Aug-2014 (You can check request details I have done multiple follow ups).2- Complain ID[protected] details of this complain was discontinue Reliance broadband and phone service. (Date 27-Aug-2014 around 2:00 PM IST )3- Complain ID[protected] Final termination request final call from Bombay Office 29-Aug-2014 around 2:00 PM IST and Final call from Delhi Office on 30-Aug-2014 around 10:30 AM IST and equipment pickup by Reliance service engineer on 30-Aug-2014 around 12:30 PM.You can check attached image.
