[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — Shifting connection not made | |||
i gave a request to shift connection from my old residence to new residence which is only 100 m apart from reliance wireline boradband refer complaint numbers[protected],[protected] .They took more than 1 month and two weeks to make a feasibility study and after that they asked me to pay rent without even using the connection. after paying the amount they are saying port is not available and you have to keep paying the rent till a new port becomes available to shift the connection.i asked for a refund and they say even that is not possible..if shifting is not possible why did i have to pay nearly thousand rupees per month..this could have been indicated early or a refund could have been made Was this information helpful? | |||
