Reliance Broadband — Unable to place service discontinuing request | |||
I am trying to place the request to discontinue the reliance data card for 5 days now. Each time I contact the customer care they say exact thing and copy paste the reason that the server is upgrading so they cannot take my request and there is no way to place this request. They are trying to avoid the discontinuation request so that one has to pay each month and to me its chicanery! I have contacted them 7-8 times in 5 days and got the exact same answer. I am also facing the same issue, I have requested them to disconnect my Reliance broadband on September 21st 2014, The customer care person told me that they will disconnect it with in 5-6 days, and I will get a confirmation call with in 48 hours. But unfortunately I have not received any confirmation call or other updates, I tried call them more than 10 times after that, but customer care people are telling they are helpless as the server is down. My broadband connection is supposed to be disconnected on September 26th, but due to your internal issues it is still pending.
Please don't charge me anything after the period of September 26th as it not my fault.
