Reliance Broadband — Unethical behaviour and net not working even after filing multiple complaints

Even after filing multiple complaints to the customer care over the phone they are not taking any action at all.They are just after the money .I have paid the bill in advance and I am attaching the bill invoice . Since two weeks my net is not working and even after filing complaints for three consecutive days they are not taking any action at all.They just say it will work in 24hrs everyday but no action is being taken at all.I want them to some action immediately else I will contact higher authorities or consumer forum for the same.One of the complaint number for reference :[protected]
