I have applied for New Reliance Broadband on 26 JUNE 2015 And opted for 4 MBPS Plan and Payed INR 1935 towards the Thunder 1099 Plan. The Connection was installed on 3 July 2015. I got a call from someone from Reliance on 28 July indicating that I have to pay the Bill or else the connection will be withdrawn. So I contacted Customer Care and asked them. They told me that 29 was last day to pay the bill which I had already payed at the time of getting the Connection and asked them to change to 2 MBPS Plan with Quaterly Billing Cycle. After I got a confirmation message that my plan has been changed. I payed INR 1740 towards the new plan as told by customer care. Now the internet is down for more than 26 hrs and I got this bill Indicating additional INR 585 and when I called the Customer Care they say they have deducted the amount from the INR 1740 I payed and their billing cycle is 10 Aug and I will get the bill for 2 MBPS on that date.
They asked me to Pay the amount after 10 Aug and said that I have 1155 left in my account.
