Reliance Broadband — Very very shameful behaviour by reliance employees for broadband connection

I have been you customer with Mobile number # [protected] since 2002 and want to extend our relationship by applying for a broadband connection at my residence Block 1, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi - 220027. It's been almost two months since I had made a request for Thunder 699 plan but I couldn't get any response from your end. First of all nobody bothered to call for a new connection inquiry inspite of calling your customer service number so many times. After two weeks, your employee Vimal (Phone# [protected]) called and first of all forced me to take Thunder Combo 749 plan saying there is some issue which he never told us clearly. Then he asked me extra Rs. 400 as his so called installation charges (or you can say bribe) over and above company's installation charges of Rs. 599, rental, security etc. When I asked why he said Reliance vendor has run away so we charge it from customer. I said then why I pay 599 to Reliance he said this is how it works. His supervisor Mohit (phone# [protected]) is also involved in taking bribes for all new connections and he failed to give any justified answer for this. When I called your nodal escalation team[protected], since customer service was incapable of handling such a small thing, they said we will get your connection in a week and will take strict actions against Vimal/Mohit for asking extra money without any valid justification from Reliance. The day they came to know we have complained against them. They refused to take our calls and talked in a very derogatory manner saying "Do whatever you want, this is how it works!". We talked to Executive Seema and Vijay Naushad (Interaction ID - [protected] and [protected]) on 19th July and they said they have escalated it further and we will get connection on August 1st. When we again called Vimal/Mohit, they started with a new excuse that material is short, copper wire is not available as they were angry why we complained against them. Then they started saying you will not get a new connection. We again called Nodal # and your executive told us they have escalated again to Mr. Amit Sharma who is incharge of the Delhi zone. Every time they assured I will get call back, I will get revert, I will get connection but all failed. Whole month passed, nobody bothered to value a customer who has been with you OVER A DECADE. On Spetember 4th, we again called Nodal # and talked to Nayna (Interaction ID - [protected]), she said Sir please trust us you will get revert by tomorrow. Again we called next day and talked to Vijay Naushad (Interaction ID - [protected]), he said Amit Sharma isn't replying and maybe material is missing. I think this is all a game plan of your corrupted employee Vimal and Mohit since they made us beleive they are the MAFIA of our area and without them Reliance will never give us connection. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? IS THIS THE WAY YOU GIVE SERVICE? IS THIS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS? IS THIS THE WAY YOU ACTION? IT'S A BIG SHAME ON YOU GUYS. FRUSTATING!... I am attaching some call recordings as proof how you all mistreated us and denied business and service to us. There is no problem in our area. In our neighborhood there are Reliance broadband connections. The only reason we didn't get connection till date is because we dared to complain against BRIBERY and CORRUPT EMPLOYEES. If you fail to reply, take action or deny business to us I swear to God I will publish this lettr to all media channels, portals and websites. And I am not bluffing, if you want I can tell you my RNI #s. I will make sure to file a case against all involved in this stupid event - VIMAL, MOHIT and AMIT SHARMA who failed to do there jobs; and a big compensation for harassing a 12 year old customer for two months, call charges and peace of mind.
